Any way to help a teething baby sleep?

My 6 month old is cutting his 3rd tooth. He wasn't too bad with his first two, a little fussy but nothing extravagant. With this one, he is having a terrible time. I was up with him literally all night last night. I would rock him, nurse him, give him a pacifier, cold rag to chew on, everything I could think of, and within about 5-10 minutes of him finally falling asleep, he would wake up screaming again. I tried giving him a dose of tylenol around 3 but it didn't really help. Any other ideas? I feel so bad for him, I know he must just be miserable!
