UK: no-win-no-fee solicitors for unpaid royalties and copyright infringement?

As has been said, no-win, no-fee cases are only taken on if there is 100% chance of winnings (and I mean 100% in it's truest form...it's not just a euphemism, there has to be no chance of you losing whatsoever), and Copyright cases are never cut and dry, so I don't think that's the route to take.
